Please make sure you have provided the correct address during checkout, any mistake may caused extra fees.
1. Our delivery system can not accept order changes or cancellation after payment is made. You have to contact us for this. The earlier you do the more chance to cancel or change the order for you.
2. With correct information provided, your order will be dispatched ASAP. Any changes to address after payment made will not be considered.   
3. Please allow 2 to 12 business days for product to arrive. We highly recommend to provide an answerable number and email address.Your item will be sent via Australia Post or courier depending on its size and weight.

4.You will receive a notification email after sent.
5.A re-delivery fee will be charged to you for items that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local depot.

7.We pay to provide door to door delivery for every customer.
Pickup is available in Ballarat on previous booking.
