Terms & Conditions

  1. Starpoint guarantees that we source high-quality products and for this reason, we offer 60 days money-back guarantee. If for any reason an Starpoint customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 60 days of the delivery date, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase, we offer returns for refunds FREE of restocking fees provided the returns are in good/re-saleable condition.
  2. In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must inform Starpoint Customer Service within 60 days of delivery date (the date from which the parcel has left our warehouse) of their Starpoint Product and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of Starpoint staff in order to facilitate a refund.
  3. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price only.
  4. Returned products must be returned in accordance with the Warranty section of the Starpoint Website in ‘Terms and Conditions Warranty’. This includes being returned in the original packaging, with all accessories (especially the SD Card if provided with the unit originally) and in a re-saleable condition, otherwise, extra charges may incur.
  5. If the unit to return for replacement is faulty, we will send you a return label to return the parcel to us at our cost. Please contact Starpoint Customer Service for the return label. If it is a change of mind, then the customer has to bear the postage at their end to send the item back for refund/replacement
  6. After receiving the returned Starpoint Product(s), Starpoint will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with an e-mail notification. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Starpoint accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
  7. Starpoint reserves the right to make changes to these 60 Days Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.

This Warranty does not cover deliberate physical damage, severe moisture, or electrocution due to static short-circuiting, inserting the product into damaged equipment, or other activity the Customer engages in resulting in product damage.
Starpoint guarantees all products to be working upon receipt of the item unless otherwise stated. Customer satisfaction is important to us as such if the purchased product is DOA (Dead On Arrival) we will offer a replacement product. To redeem this replacement product the customer agrees to return the DOA/ faulty product to Starpoint within 60 days of the date of purchase. Please note: WE DO NOT ISSUE REPLACEMENT UNITS without getting the FAULTY ITEM First. If the unit to return for replacement is faulty, we will send you a return label to return the parcel to us at our cost. Please contact Starpoint Customer Service for the return label. If it is a change of mind, then the customer has to bear the postage at their end to send the item back for refund/replacement.
It is the Customers responsibility to ensure all goods are adequately packaged for safe transit back to Starpoint thus eradicating damage to the received item.
The Customer accepts that despite the best intentions of Starpoint to provide products of a consistently high standard, faults occasionally occur. It is not the fault of Starpoint when these faults occur. Starpoint does, however (as stated above) agree to (on behalf of the customer) return faulty products to the manufacturer for repair.
