Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as errors may result in additional fees.
- Order Changes & Cancellations Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once payment has been made. Please contact us as soon as possible — the earlier you reach out, the better the chance we can assist.
- Address Accuracy Orders will be dispatched promptly based on the details provided. We are unable to accept address changes after payment has been completed.
- Delivery Timeframe Please allow 2–12 business days for delivery. We recommend providing a valid phone number and email address for delivery updates. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, depending on size and weight.
- Dispatch Notification You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
- Re-delivery Fees A re-delivery fee will apply if your order is returned to us due to: Incorrect or incomplete address Failure to collect the parcel from the local depot
- Door-to-Door Service We provide door-to-door delivery for all orders where possible.
- Local Pickup Pickup is available in Rowville by prior appointment.
