Starpoint Delivery Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as errors may result in additional fees.

  1. Order Changes & Cancellations                                                                      Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once payment has been made. Please contact us as soon as possible — the earlier you reach out, the better the chance we can assist. 
  2. Address Accuracy                                                                                                Orders will be dispatched promptly based on the details provided. We are unable to accept address changes after payment has been completed. 
  3. Delivery Timeframe                                                                                          Please allow 2–12 business days for delivery. We recommend providing a valid phone number and email address for delivery updates. Orders are shipped via Australia Post or courier, depending on size and weight. 
  4. Dispatch Notification                                                                                       You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. 
  5.  Re-delivery Fees                                                                                               A re-delivery fee will apply if your order is returned to us due to: Incorrect or incomplete address Failure to collect the parcel from the local depot 
  6. Door-to-Door Service                                                                                      We provide door-to-door delivery for all orders where possible. 
  7. Local Pickup Pickup is available in Rowville by prior appointment.
